- Design - Using 3D software, our team designs your kitchen specific to your wish list while maintaining maximum functionality. We create seamless designs, making revisions based on your feedback throughout the process until we've perfected your dream kitchen.
- Presentation - At Marinich Builders, we go the extra mile to review every line of your proposal with you, ensuring our design meets the value of your investment. During this in-office meeting, we will review the final rendering to guarantee it matches the vision of your ideal kitchen.
- Design and Selections - Our in-house design staff provides a hand-held approach with escorted visits to local suppliers to select from physical samples. This makes the selection process easy so you can be confident that your kitchen is well designed while staying within your budget.
- Pre-Construction - The Pre-Construction meeting transitions your project from design to reality. Our Lead Carpenter will brief you on the “Impact” items so we can interact with you in the best way while working in your home.
